Single-phase electronic multi-rate watt-hour meter is one of the multi-rate watt-hour

meter, which is according to the Communicate Agreement of jiangshu & Zhejiang

Province and the correlative standard of the state. This product is adopted advanced

software designer, high capability hardware to design, and the SMT production technology.

stability, high accuracy and easy operation, is an idea product for power departments to

carry out time-sharing electric charge All the indexes comply with the standard of

DL/T614-1997,GB/T17251-2002 and GB/T 15284-1994.And the Communicate Agreement accord with

DL/T645-1997.

 Function and features

1. Each of four periods has different rates (point period, peak period, smooth period and

trough period).  Every period of time can be programmed into 12 periods of time and

the minimum time interval is five minutes
2. All the consumption date can be reserved for 12 months
3. It can auto. Identify the directional, will be auto save and accumulate to the forward

direction power counter. It can auto. save the reverse direction power , starting time

and the total time
4. It has the function of reverse directional pulse test and indication
5. It has the isolated RS485 communication,  and design for prevent from the

lightning strike
6. Date-copying adopt the password and program switch protection, recording the latest

program time and degree
7. It adopt the hardware clock circuitry, low current consume. The battery is one-time

and environmental protection lithium battery
8. It can setup the meter number, bureau number, time-period,rate datetime meter

reading time, password and the initial electric power
9. It can indicate the short voltage of the battery, the hardware state of the meter, the

communication state of the meter, the clock state, the power directional, time-adjusting

state and the present time-period. It can read via RS485 or hand computer
10. The ammeter can be checking meter automatically the sun changes the moon outage
