The communication conforms to the IEC1107 communication agreements, the electrical energy has the photoelectric communication port, the user can install kwh meter parameters or the downloading data recording through this photoelectric communication port in sets at RS485 , only can use the corresponding on position machine system software to carry on the read-write operation
